I tried to watch some of this. It was truly painful.
The guy knows nothing about coins. He was showing a clearly damaged cent that he said could be an error.

This coin probably was reworked in US. The RCM do not made any bullion like this. From the Canadian prospective to alter a legal tender coin is considered felony. Rarely RCM issue Maple Leaf's colorized. Except the value of the Silver is nothing.
Other thing: RCM never mention the coin number on the coin, just on the certificate.
