Chick-fil-A 1976 free gift - what are they worth?

Inherited this coin from my pop before he passed away - he got this coin during the promotion and made a point to tell me that the “real” ones only had one staple and if more than one then the seal had been compromised. To me it’s clear this is an original - some patina on the staple and the flip has never been opened… so it’s original- but what’s it worth? Maybe 10 dollars? 20 dollars? 10 cents? Lol

Probably not much, but a cool memento. I have seen the quarters on ebay for around $15 to $20, but the holders were typically ratty.
Yeah it’s tough to know is these are original or not - I know mine is because it came from my pop and the fact it has only one staple with patina is a big clue - but still I think they would be collectible … my research showed only 19,076 were given out with this special flip but who knows - hard to trust any news these days …
$200 and it’s yours!!! Lol
What is remarkable is how popular Chick-Fil-A is now. Back in '76 they were only in malls next to Orange Julius.
Quick check on Ebay shows your coin is in awesome condition and with it still in the original plastic makes it even more valuable.
If you don't need the money I would keep it. The sentimental value far outweighs the current cash value which I would put at under $100 but more than $25😎
Probably would sell for $30 or so on ebay..... Some collectors like these old items. Not worth much out of the holder, I have a bunch I put away many years ago. Cheers, RickO
I didn’t realize Chick-fil-A was that old. I don’t recall any of them as a child growing up here in northeast Pa. I do remember the Orange Julius and Woolworths though. Neat…learning something new every day. Cool coin/memorabilia!
