    Too many unexplained scratches, whether all on the plastic or the coin, unknown. Beauty if no scratches.

    @Oakstar I just scrutinized it and all those marks are on the slab. Hard to see in hand but the photo picked them up and they look 10 times worse.
    Nice watery fields obv and rev.

    This SMS is certainly an Ultra Cameo IMO but like proofs, an accurate grade cannot be assigned from an image. Sinced these were not handled individually a 67 or higher grade is relatively rare coin. Check the pops.
