Who wants a quarter ounce of gold for $20? Our favorite counter seller is back

This seller from Indiana was posted here over there weekend for selling fake $20 Gold pieces.
Well now he is back selling fake quarter ounce of gold pieces for only $20. Could we get some reports on this listing and this sold listing $20 pieces as well? This seller has been messaged and warned multiple times, what can we do to get him taken down? Is there a board internally within the bay for numismatics we can report him too?

I'm not sure this is really a scam. He discloses that it's not gold in the description:
"2021 Liberty 1/4 oz. fine gold colored coin.you will recieve the coin in the photos.
Collectable coins Not pure Gold."
Then it's probably a scam one level removed. I dont see COPY anywhere on the item unless I'm missing something
also, the reverse of the coin shows 1/2 ounce, rather than 1/4 ounce. It's difficult to see because of the shine but that's what my old eyes tell me.
From the eBay listing:

Paper money eventually returns to its intrinsic value. Zero. Voltaire. Ebay coinbowlllc
It's not a scam. But it's also not necessarily legal.
The listing has been removed. Good work everyone.... Cheers, RickO
