1st class postage is $0.60 for a 1 oz letter.
How can you buy 100 Forever Stamps for $29.99? I know these are 2017 stamps but still,,,,,,,,

    Usually they are counterfeit.
I bought one roll years ago on eBay for under face value. When I received it, it did not look quite right. I found an article and verified that they were not real.

    Here is one such article:

Just buy from jmlanzaf. Best price for stamps you can ask for.

Paper money eventually returns to its intrinsic value. Zero. Voltaire. Ebay coinbowlllc

    Gee, thanks.

Some (most?) of the discount forever stamps are forgeries ir stolen. However there are also real ones but they are usually in the 80 to 90% range. I've sold them myself out of estates. I tell people to use them, but if their stamp collector loved one had thousands of them, it's more postage than they will ever use so they sell it.

Since the post office does not buy back stamps, stamp stores usually offer postage stamps for sale at a discount.

I know people buy old stamps at less than face but seeing these in roll qty’s had me wondering,

Does one get their mail kicked back if USPS detects fake postage stamps? Curious.

The modern Chinese forgeries also have the phosphor tagging that passes the automated review. :/

@JBK I was wondering what the stamp security device was. Now I know. Thanks
