And here's what happened to that bottom arm that was doubled at the middle with remnants of 3 in the first two pictures. The second die has just a little less of the upper and lower inside, but still doubled at the middle.

The top of the 3 is somewhat flat, is that the pancake cent?
Is that a notch on the front tip of the 7?
