What appears like doubling on the outside is not. Only in the inner upper portion, and the same inside the inner lower portion.

And here's what happened to that bottom arm that was doubled at the middle with remnants of 3 in the first two pictures. The second die has just a little less of the upper and lower inside, but still doubled at the middle.

The top of the 3 is somewhat flat, is that the pancake cent?
