Does This 1941 MS 67. Coin From The Red Copper Collection Have spotting?

I was wondering is this black line on the reverse of this Blay coin from the die as the coin was being minted. Or is it from a stain, mishandling or carbon spotting from the air. Anyone have any idea? Thanks

Since PCGS saw the coin in person and graded it 67 and CAC saw it in person and gave it a sticker, I'd bet against PMD.
I can't really tell from your photo what the mark is, but I personally don't think it's PMD.
probably just a small carbon spot. not PMD

Looks like photography lighting related as in hand I believe it's not black but bright copper like the tiny contact mark under ER in America below.

Looks like carbon marks... might change with lighting... GC confirms they are there and not PMD. Cheers, RickO
Could be a small toning or carbon spot. It could also be lighting. The only way to know is to rotate the coin in the lighting.
It looks to be a bit of carbon spotting or marks. Did not deter a CAC sticker with an MS67 RD grade.
Wondering if Andy actually looked at the coin in hand or just the photo?
