Struck through grease with debris strike through, or PMD and PMD?

What's throwing me off is the apparent indentation of the letters at the edges...to me it looks a bit like some sort of roller squeezed them.
The little strike through on Washington's head does in fact look like a strike through debris to me.

lack of proper pressure, tilt, grease etc does some VERRRRY odd things to the design elements of coins.
i still struggle with differentiating between grease strike through and die set-up pieces.
i'd go with set-up on this but others have called them grease strike through. will be interesting to see where this one lands.
the big "gouge" looks like a legit strike-through as well.

Looks like a grease strike to me. If it were just weakly struck the reeding would be weak as well.
since i don't have it in-hand, i can't offer much but i think the arrow heads would be a decent place to start. it has that type B look to the reverse. maybe type C or something later.
IF, you wanted to try and run it down with others, you could put something like "Type ? rev" in the title but then again, maybe you just want to enjoy it as-is.
