Coins of the 1920s!

I have found myself a huge fan of 1920s coins (mainly because I collect peace dollars) but the entire decade actually fascinates me - the post WW1 roaring twenties!
Post a unique coin from the 1920s - I’ll start with a cent and maybe the post can go up from there:

I agree. The 20's seem to be a coin era all their own.

The twenties seem to have been a time of very poor quality strikes for the branch mints in general but excellent coins produced in Phili, again in general.

The classic commemoratives from the 20s are, on average, really cool. I like this design a lot although IMO it tends to get lost in the wash when compared with CA, Oregon, Grant, etc.
To the best of my memory, I only have this:

Here’s the little brother:
@robec That is the smoothest looking Lincoln I have ever seen! (note: the cert goes to a 1911 matte proof cent)

This is a great coin and theme.
Here's mine at the other end of the spectrum
Definitely!
Great coin and design. I love how both designs feature ships.

No offense PCGS, but the TrueView looks rather dull compared to your images. Also, maybe it's time for old Abe to switch to contact lenses.

Interesting thread. And the lo-balls are remarkable. But here are a couple more Oregon trail commems. from the 1920s.
@pcgscacgold That 28 St Gaudens is a stunner. Most St Gaudens I see look like miss Liberty got her nose busted by Evander Holyfield.

Just have this handy by the computer.... Not sure what I will do with it... probably a major dip in it's future. Cheers, RickO

Thats definitely in need of a dip @ricko. I like nice toning on coins, but that one is butt ugly.

@gumby1234... If anyone's butt is that ugly, they need extensive medical attention.

Cheers, RickO
@ricko
1924’s are known for heavy luster - after a dip will it end up like this one??
Dang! 🤤

@Che_Grapes ... We shall see... Well, when I can get to it.... I will post a picture of the 'after' result. Cheers, RickO
