;)

Does a set have to be complete to earn "Best of Registry"? Or, can it be % finished if no one has completed it?

The number is 95% completion - but the Set needs to have more than 500 coins in it for the percentage to be considered for Annual Awards

2023 "Best of the Registry" Winners
Font increased to read the fine print @JonJet. lol
Note that the completion requirement may be waived if the judges deem a set worthy.
("Best of the Registry" award certificates will be printed and mailed at the winner's request.)

I think that the badge should go to the Best Stupid Question of the Year, so you might have some competition before it's all over. :)

    I knew it would happen.
  • My plaques read, Best French Set," but are they? True, they are 100% complete, but they do not feature the finest graded examples of every year. I remain Best until Better shows up.
