Sorry Joey, I think this piece precludes a 65 grade due to the cheek hits, however it is a nice eye appealing coin. I’m not seeing the PL upgrade from those photos, but In not sure about the vams and varieties for this date. It seems like you found enough good qualities about it that you purchased it, so congrats! Wish you a happy and prosperous new year.
