American innovation reverse proof coins in PR70

I am looking to buy a 2022 S Reverse Rhode Island coin in PR70.
Looking to offer sellers a fair price.
What would you offer for this coin and what do you use to determine your offer.
Thanks

I have been closely watching eBay but have not seen the reverse RI coin for sale as an individual coin in the pr70 by Pcgs.
I will keep checking.

I found them. I searched "2022 innovation Rhode island pcgs 70"
The $40 to $50 range was based on the sold items. The current ones were 50 to 60
I still am unable to find this coin using your search. Can you pm me a link?

Thanks, but I still cannot find the coin I want using your search. It does show an NGC reverse proof RI coin in pr70 but not a Pcgs coin. The Pcgs coins are all in pr69.
If you can find one, please send me the eBay item number.

Again, thanks for your effort.

Your original question was pricing which is why I found the sold items. I don't see any current pcgs
Only 24 graded PCGS PR-70 so far (i.e., 19 FS + 5 FDOI).

Might have to wait for some more of this 11/14/22 release to work their way through the grading pipeline.
If you find what you are looking for - grab it (edit to add don't let the price hold you back). I just called to return my 4th set and ordered a 5th. They all had noticeable (to my untrained eye without magnification) marks/wear/marring on the main sail. I'm guessing many of these won't grade well.
When one becomes available, I will bid on it.
I anticipate that the KY will have the shorter amount in the pr 70 grade which when all is said and done.
I bought the KY coin at $75.00.
Ebay shows sold prices at $40 to $60.00 for the RI coin.
Would do so for the RI coin.

The number of graded coins has increased to 31 in pr70 and as you say, I will have to wait for them to hit the open market.
The good part is that I will not need to rush to purchase one. I will need to register one for my set by June 30th.
Hoping for the best. LOL

Just stumbled across this one.
The 'buy it now' price is greater than your target.
FWIW, at the time of my post, the seller had 7 available.
I saw that listing and they can keep them.
Thanks for letting me know about it
though.

I just checked the PCGS population report, and it now stands at 34 pr70 coins.
I also checked out NGC's population report which currently stands at 216 in pr70.
Wow, what a difference.
This is food for thought for those who like to "compare" NGC's grading standards to PCGS's.

UH OHHHH.....
As of today
Ngc lists 335 reverse pr70 RI coins with an additional 179 in pr69.
Pcgs lists only 36 reverse pr70 RI coins and an additional 154 coins graded pr69.
To me it seems like more coins are being submitted to Ngc than Pcgs.

Edited to correct coin count from 190 to 154.

Out of those 339 NGC70s, I wonder how many would cross at our host?

Great question.
Time will tell.

So I checked out today’s count on the RI reverse Innovation proof coin.
Currently:
PCGS has graded 156 in pr69 & 40 in PR70.
NGC has 200 graded in PR69 & 394 in PR70.
Hopefully the asking prices will start to decline. The listed prices on eBay are astronomical with nobody buying.
