Study the minting process. Always start by asking yourself how what you see would happen during minting.

Variety Vista is a great resource however it is for varieties not errors or suspected errors.

Why would you think that is a mint error? Have you been scanning some of the laughable listings found in on-line sales or auction sites? Your chance of finding anything of value in your pocket change is slim to none.
