1952 Ireland Penny

I was looking through a large collection of world coins that I purchased. There are 500 or so different world coins from just about everywhere. I am Irish and proud of my Irish heritage so I set it aside. When I finally decided to look at it I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful it was in my opinion.
I used NGC's world coin explorer and found that there is a regular issue and a proof with the proof being noted as "very rare". This looks like a proof to me but I would like to hear others opinions. I did look at other coins of this type and this coin does appear to be a proof.

Your coin is a business strike, not a proof. Here's what proofs look like.

Thank you for your quick response. Nonetheless I still like it very much. It's a beauty.
