US Mint Product 2X1 - What is it?

I decided to go through and identify what is in the few un-opened boxes I have from Mint orders and one of them is labeled a 2X1 product. I am not sure what that is but is is heavy and contains a lot of coins and I suspect it might be a bag of Nickels from the mid 00's (Westward Journey series). I searched the 'net and the US Mint site but nothing was found. Is there a site that has this type of info? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
