Single seller selling horde of counterfeit Carson City Morgans

Looks like this seller is selling silver plated copies of the whole run on Carson City Morgans (13 in total)
Could we get these taken down?
Here is one for example (1893 CC)
https://www.ebay.com/itm/195525145039?
All other dates could be found in the sellers items, too many to list and link

The seller explicitly states that they are silver plated copies. If the unobservant buyer only realizes their mistake after they receive it in the mail, then that's on them.

It isn't stamped "copy".
Oh, I see your point. Are you saying that even if the buyer knows what they are getting, people in the future might not know it is a copy?

These are modern counterfeits and should be removed.

Even tho the seller explicitly describes the coins as silver plated and not real, the hobby protection act does say that the word Copy should be on replica coins. I'm surprised that ebay let them be listed. Well maybe not, it is ebay. Lol But an attentive buyer should be able to read the description title.

i appreciate your level of accountability to buyers paying attention and knowing what they are buying OR don't complain if things don't work out.
BUT
because the problem is so rampant they have a zero tolerance policy (supposedly) against copies/fantasies/replicas etc. AND they are also illegal if they don't follow the HPA guidelines AND shipping them across state lines ramps it up quite a bit legally.

Looks as if the complaints have succeeded. Listing is now gone.... Good work. Cheers, RickO
