A little muted for my taste, but I like it.

It's not a bad look. You think it was detailed because of the scratches?

Being as that’s one of the missing pieces on my want list, details or not, I would gladly give it a loving home 😁

I know. It says detailed not scratched or where the scratch is.

On the cert it says graffiti, I believe obverse left of face, when looking up cert it says damaged which I guess is same.

Really not noticeable except under high magnification -well noticeable but not distracting to me

Those inserts with the word "Graffiti" bug me.
    So does "Harshly Cleaned."
That label would be all I see whenever I look at the coin
Those are the perfect coins for popping out of the slab and squarely placing into a Dansco album.

Ex of the graffiti a nice looking circulated XF coin and perfect for an album. At least its in the fields and not on Ms Liberty and doesn't appear too deep. Is it formed initials or just lines?

Not a coin I would buy slabbed, but would be a good album coin for the series. Cheers, RickO

Paid $100 for it but I liked the look as far as matching my circulated album collection so maybe over paid a small amount.
