Struck through(s)?

Struggling a bit with this one...Came out of a roll this morning.
Strike thoughs? Corrosion? Lamination weirdness?

Notice Washington's eye area as well.
Forgot to get a close up of that creepy eye area lol...let me know if you would like to see a close up of that.

I see no evidence of upturned metal at the edges of it.
I see no evidence of the hit on the reverse.

Coins are Neato!

    Looks like PMD to me.... No comment on the eye, cannot see well enough to opine. Cheers, RickO

    @Kurisu- It reminds me of this one. I'll go out on a limb here and challenge my three friends above.......which I'll probably regret. 😂 🤣 Put me in the struck thru something column.
