    That's amazing and awesome!

But 1 hour is kind of intimidating. Is there a transcribed version to scan?

I think a few CEO's from big US companies could benefit hearing what Ian says about customer service...Just saying...

Agree wholeheartedly. I’d add that a lot of CEO’s of small companies could benefit even more so.

As one major dealer said, that's a huge machine to be in charge of! I'm curious on why Teletrade couldn't be revamped as that was the prior company that Ian worked at?

Teletrade was part of a bigger group (Spectrum Group) that had several different companies in coins. Teletrade worked, so it's always more difficult to make bigger decisions for a company that wasn't broken. Plus, starting something from scratch that I owned was appealing.

TeleTrade was amazing at the time.

    GreatCollections is amazing today.

    Congrats and thanks for both!

Thanks, so much for posting this! I thoroughly enjoyed listening to John and Ian's questions and answers. I particularly enjoyed hearing their thoughts on The Stewart Blay Collection and on Stewart, himself, as a collector. I, ALSO, was intrigued by their thoughts on the current state of the market and their forecast for the future. One of the best interviews I've seen, recently.

Sometimes, it’s better to be LUCKY than good. 🍀 🍺👍
