The ear seems to have sat on the ear which would pull another middle image rotated counterclockwise due to uneven seating on the ear.
I at least cannot say the ear assessment is accurate, that is the rotational span the two eye bags ended up in, if it was to be what can be seen as needing explanation, and one part fits, then the other should too.
