Seriously, how do you think that could be the case, unless someone practiced their artistry on it after it left the Mint? And even if that were the case - which it wasn’t - what would it matter?

Or someone practiced their artistry at the Mint...

As humans, we learn at a very early age to identify faces, identify people (mom, for example),
and identify emotions of strangers (friend, foe, etc.).
It's just a very useful skill for interacting with other humans.
Sometimes our brains take it to an extreme, like that "face on Mars", animal shapes in clouds,
and the perceived face on this coin.
It's part of being a human.
But a good sociable human realizes the limitations of this automatic face recognition,
and just ignores it when it is inappropriate.
So you should work on that a little.
Most of us can do it, and I bet you can, too.

It left a minute like that I have another quarter that's 4 years apart that has the same guy under it and that's not the best picture

I actually see what he’s saying on this one
Edit: it’s still Pareidolia, and doesn’t make this coin significant in any way. Just happened to be the way the light reflected in this photo.

Yes I see it. But you have too much time on your hands.
I waited four months to post it, guess I could have waited longer
Pareidolia.
Looks like you teased it 2 months ago.
