Is this 1984 Lincoln cent misattributed as a doubled die?

Went to a coin show and saw this very attractive PCGS MS-66BN 1984 doubled die - that was double struck! I was intruiged and pulled out my glass to look at it. I wasn't able to find the extra ear or the doubling in the beard area, so I didn't pull the trigger. I've attached a couple of phone pics which may not be the greatest, but might be enough to tell.
What does the forum think?

I don't see any die doubling - looks like a label error (a.k.a "mechanical error").
Can't see the extra earlobe in the pics. Neat for what it is though.
Not likely a DDO, no doubled ear at all. Maybe let the zinc plating issue under the chin to liken the coin to the doubling of the DDO issue. JMO

Does not look like a DDO... As noted above, likely a labeling error. Cheers, RickO
Exactly. It would help to know which DDO it was supposed to be.
