2015 Shield Cent: UNREGISTERED DDR?

In the following picture, the corner of the scroll in the curl, above T in CENT. Is it doubled or is that common in the design?

for my part, i'd say that looks like MD but when going for discoveries, i personally would need much clearer images but i can say, the odds are very low.

Thanks. Thought so. Saw is on a few coins but no on others. Kind of a 30-70% hit-or-miss. Just wanted to be sure.
