    Sounds like he did some living in those 80 years. There’s comfort in that.

    Sorry to hear this- our condolences. I used to set up at his Cowtown show, and would see him at Grapevine. Definitely one of my favorite show promoters- he would always reach out to us at the beginning of the year when my wife and I were running the Round Rock show so we could make sure our dates didn't collide.
