PSA our next forum error

i've noticed more "attached" images as of late and it has happened to me a few times, again just now, SO, consider this a heads-up, the software is fighting back again when you drag n drop images. doesn't SEEM to be doing it if you go the "browse" route.
so i've probably gotten unfairly frustrated a few times when i see JUST attachments, when it is possible the forum wasn't giving a whole lotta other choice.
this experience (for me) is from firefox on win10. (it is almost as bad as win 2000 or NT for home users, imo)

I drag and drop all the time for images, but I first hit the "Preview" button on the bottom of the post to confirm that the image displays as I expect. I've never had an issue with this portion of the forum software.

this error or whatever you want to call it is very obvious as the little attachments are visible w/o even previewing, thankfully, so one can rectify it pretty easily and quickly by just X-ing the little attachments but it still shouldn't be doing it and not sure what causes it.
what browser and o/s are you using, if you don't mind.
I use Safari on a Mac desktop.

I usually copy and paste, and have had no issues with that process. Cheers, RickO
that is a great way to do it w/o having a saved file. i accidentally stumbled across that one in the past year or so.
