    Probably better than good, but I have never seen a steel cent worn down to good condition. Steel just doesn't wear like copper, I'd just call yours average circulated.

    Your coin is an average circulated cent as mentioned and worth keeping to have one of that type but worth about 3 cents.

    Here is an uncirculated one.

    I would say AU55... I have two rolls of uncirc '43's... They are really nice. May send a couple in one day. I opened one roll to check... the other is still sealed. Cheers, RickO
