even if authentic and silver, i'm not sure there is a guaranteed way to prove it and while i do understand and support people buying coins in terrible condition, at this level, if no way to authenticate, i wouldn't encourage a purchase other than for just silver, if it is.
No way to identify that 'coin' further. If it is silver, just melt value. Cheers, RickO
