I think it's pretty interesting that these coins remained in circulation long enough to experience that much wear. $10 in 1913 is the equivalent of about $300 today.

I would call them two eagles.... just to reduce the confusion factor. Amazing amount of wear... I wonder if it was commerce or were they pocket pieces? Cheers, RickO
