i'm with feld and braddick. coins like this are usually 64-66 with 66 being a bit tough to get so 65 is most probable with 64 not being surprising. i usually get some mixed results when i submit coins that look like this. i think my last order has 4s, 5s and 6s. lol

Maybe a 64 - on a good day of grading. With 1,774,020,400 of those minted seems like 67's are when it gets worth the $ to slab
