I had no clue that there were sets out there with so many people tieing for No.1! I am guessing this is a modern set?

Based on last year, Yes.

It is still a #1 set.

I had 10 #1 sets in 2022 that were classified as a "tied #1 set" and I received a Best of Registry pin.

This year, I have 16 #1 sets in which 2 are in the ATF #1 slot.

My sets are Modern Coin sets.

(1) is the Kennedy Limited Edition set.

Yes it is. For fun I threw my Modern Morgan dollars in a set and as you can imagine there are a lot of people tied for the #1 spot... I typically collect things where I'm not likely to be anywhere near top 5 but the chase is what has me coming back...
