Weighting for Luster on pre 1933 Gold

Who has the higher Weighting for Luster as opposed to say surface marks on pre 1933 unc. Gold. PCGS or NGC. Or do both services give equal consideration to Luster? Anyone?

From my experience, it appears to be quite similar.

I have not done any comparative study, however, I would think they would be similar. I have 'thought' that CAC tends to favor good luster, from coins I have seen posted. Cheers, RickO
Actually after some searching here on the US coin forum I found an old thread where almost all the responses were that PCGS gave a stronger Weighting to Luster and NGC to a lack of surface marks and attractive toning. Thanks for the responses.
