Could this be a blank without rim error?

In a bag of Indian head and Lincoln cents was this blank without a rim. The coins (over 200) in the bag were evenly dispersed from 1864 to 1958.
This blank weighs 3.85grams,
Diameter 19mm,
Thickness approximately 0.15mm
The picture shows an Indian head cent as reference.
The diameter and thickness appears right for a Lincoln cent but the weight is off.
The diameter is correct for an Indian head but weight and thickness (I measured one to be 0.13mm) appears off.
Could it be a U.S. blank?
Could it be a foriegn blank?
Or is it just a blank disc and has nothing to do with coins?
What do you think?
Thank you in advance for your comments.

Really hard to tell. Being copper is a plus of it being a type 1 planchet.

The second photo makes it appear not quite round.
My guess would be some sort of slug.
I have no reason to think that it is a Mint-made blank.
Based on your descriptors, I would say a copper slug... The pictures tend to support that as well. Cheers, RickO
