Why is this TrueView showing the slab & coin and not just the coin?

I thought PCGS overseas did the true views that way. Probably means the coin was graded overseas.
From PCGS Europe or Hong Kong.
Smitten with DBLCs.

Do we know why PCGS decided to do this and not have universal TrueViews?
I wonder if we can get faster turnaround sending submissions to Europe . . .

i have asked the same question and never received a response. I think it is related to the hardware and software for photos is not the same in all locations. i also asked Customer service if they could take the file and manipulate it to look like a conventional true view ... the answer was NOP. I have stated before ... it is very annoying as a customer to have and upside down reverse image. For a dollar size piece the image size might be ok but if they did this to a dime the image will be very small and the picture would be overshadow by the holder
I think most Foreign currency reverses are not rotated 180 deg's ... so they do not mine.
