1899 Repunched Date Cent

Took a flier on a cull roll of Indian Head cents and came across this one. Light repunching of the 1, 9 and 9 make it look like Snow-8 but not sure. 8 is struck through grease it appears and has a small die chip. Unfortunately it has some environmental damage.
