I think one needs to see this one in hand to offer a more complete opinion. I have probably posted more glowing complements in connection with the PCGS photography team than anyone present. And this is a terrific image but I have reservations as to whether the coin in hand is a match for the image we see.

Nice looking 87-O, I like this date/mm in 63/64 grade with a good strike which yours has.
Our host is a little tougher on this one IMO.

Dull luster, probably downgraded to 62/3. Not sure if that is a characteristic of that particular mint issue.
Would say MS65, but the value jump from 64 to 65 is too great so I think they give it MS64+
