Does this 2018-D quarter have a DDR?

Is this coin a DDR? or perhaps a TDR or even QDR? This kind of doubling I have not seen before.

while the guys above are probably spot-on, i'd check through some of the coinage with incuse doubling (not many) and have a lookie loo.
i've been meaning to look one up too as incuse doubling is a bit odd to detect and i really need an image refresher.
