Guess the date

I was given an old Redbook by a coin dealer Sunday at our local club show. Here are two pages from said book. Any guesses on the year of the Redbook?

i guess 1967, based on those silver prices.
1964, based on its similar look to my first Blue Book.
Looks a lot like my '72. I could be wrong.

'60 - before the hoard of 1903-O morgans was released
Edit: reading further, I want to say 59.
Correct! The 1903-O $ was the key clue.

Looks like it could be the 13th edition, 1960.
Now I will have to go check my collection of Redbooks..... Cannot recall if I have the '59 edition. That was the year I graduated High School. Cheers, RickO
Agree... the price of the 1903-O pegs it before the Hoard was discovered in the early 60's... I'll say 1958...

Interesting that common CC Morgans were barely priced higher if at all back then. Wonder if it was the GSA marketing hype that made CC Morgans extremely popular.
The 1871-CC quarter being priced lower than the more common 1872-CC is also interesting.
"You can't get just one gun." "You can't get just one tattoo." "You can't get just one 1796 Draped Bust Large Cent."
Note the value of the 98-O Morgan in Unc.

1898-O was also rare before the big releases.
The 1893-S and 1903-O in Unc. were the same price - $400.00.
I knew about the 03-O release, never knew about the 1898-O release.
