I acquired these from my uncle and was wondering if the value that I get when I type them in PCGS is the real value OR do they go for less usually?
Thank you for all your help everyone!

The last 2 are just bullion value, more or less.
The first ones are probably in the neighborhood of the PCGS value. It's as good a place to start as any. If you want recent sales data, you can search eBay, Heritage auctions archives, great collections archives.
Use PCGS CoinFacts-

The PCGS value is usually a touch higher than what you can actually get. Think of it as highest high retail price. It's possible you can sell for that price but will be tough. Better idea is to look at the column below the grade where it shows recent auction results as a better range of reasonable prices.

As previously stated, the top 2 have value in excess of bullion price. The post referring
to auction prices realized shows the wide disparity in prices for coins of the same date
and grade. I assume you're new to coins. This price difference is very important to realize.
From your photos it's hard to tell if your coins are average for the assigned grade or Premium
Quality (often referred to as PQ) If you're interested in selling these you'll be wise to solicit
several offers. Local coin shops vary from pretty honest to predatory. The $2.50 is worth
well in excess of its bullion value. Predatory buyers will sometimes attempt to purchase
higher quality coins such as this for bullion value. PCGS price guide tends to reflect high
retail price which will be difficult to realize if you're selling.
Thank you So much All!! I am newer to coins but am loving learning so much!
nice handful you got there! gratz.
when you say acquired, what do you mean?

He really isnt into coin collecting and he knows that Grandpa got me really into it so he gave them to me for my Birthday
The quarter eagle and double eagle might benefit from a trip to CAC.
Do check auction results and Coinfacts per the above. Keep in mind that the auction results include various premiums buyer must pay. It has been my experience that when selling to a large coin company, I get toward the lower end of the auction sales pricing for the grade. If you can find a private party (maybe on the buy, sell and trade forum), you can do a little bit better.
If you can get to a major show, post here and ask for whom to see re evaluating the first two of your coins as to where they are on the grade continuum and whether they are worth a trip to CAC. CAC stickers coins it is willing to buy which it likes, and does quite a volume in numismatic gold coins.
The other thing no one mentioned is that since these coins are from your grandfather, do you consider them to be family heirlooms of sorts? I ask because my grandmother hid some gold coins from the Government in 1933. They were kept in a safe deposit box, and given to my father. He showed them to me, and before he died, said they belonged to my brother, sister and I. I wound up getting them appraised at a coin show, put them in Air Tite holders, and distributed them to the three of us.
