Two amazing $5 gold coins! It's interesting that the 1861-S is rarer than the 1861-C. The "C" has a higher price structure due to the popular Southern mint. It appears that the 1861-s is accelerating in its price increases.

Can we get a breakdown on what grades these are?
Throw a coin enough times, and suppose one day it lands on its edge.
45, 30, 30, 45, 45 Looking to upgrade the 1863 but the others have permanent residency in the collection.
Nice set of double eagles. I like your 1864-S best-- it has original surfaces with minimal detracting hits/marks.
