What are some good coin dealer websites?

dsessomdsessom Posts: 2,427 ✭✭✭✭✭

I have several dealer sites that I frequent, but it seems like the inventory doesn't change much. I am specifically interested in US type coins - particularly early US copper, Barber coinage, and V nickels. I Google search really didn't yield much in terms of dealer sites that I haven't seen. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Joe's archives are fantastic, and he has some world-class coin, and information....Legend, and Sarasota Coin also have pretty good sites as well. All the dealers are struggling with fresh inventory.

In the Resources thread pinned to the top of the US Coin forum, in the first post there is a link to an older thread with various coin listings including coin dealers. It is under Historical Forum List and just above the figure for the counterfeit labeling (it is down the list somewhat). Looks like the 2nd link is the update.

    Maybe try collector’s corner.

Surely you know of these guys? Unparalleled selection for early copper as far as I can tell, I have bought several coins from them which have all come in fine, but also asked several questions (phone, email, 'contact', eBay message), have never once gotten a reply, so communication seems to be non-existent.
