Looks like a Planchette flaw.

    Yeah, it's a cracked planchet and may have been net graded due to it as the obverse looks better than AU53.

    With the right write-up and promotion it might bring a significant premium as an "error". It could also be promoted as a "white holder" ANACS coin.
