Has Anyone Had Their PCGS Submission Disappear?

WQuarterFreddieWQuarterFreddie Posts: 2,705 ✭✭✭✭✭

My submission was received 6/14 and has not moved from grading stage. I sent our host an email inquiry on Tuesday and today my account is showing that I have no submissions. As of now, still no response to my email.

Anyone else have this happen?

Did you try calling them on the phone? It's too easy to ignore e-mail.

    Trying not to 🤣😂

Hoping to hear this has happened to others and that it corrects itself.

    I am assuming it's just a computer glitch.....🤔

Update....so I logged in using my laptop and it must be a computer issue because on the initial page where it will state your recent submission order even on the laptop it states I have no recent orders in their system.

However, when I click on the My Orders link it does show my 6/14 order as still processing.

My guess is an open order after it reaches 119 days isn't considered a RECENT order any longer by their computer! 🤔

Kind of ironic don't ya think?😂🤣

Well at least it is not 'lost'....Glad you found it. Long grading times are frustrating many collectors, but a 'lost' order would be disaster. Cheers, RickO

Correct-I simply change the inquiry to the last 120 days and this corrects the problem. With the current delays, this is easiest.

Sorry, to hear your unfortunate common
    problem with our submission entries.
Like suggested earlier, phoning PCGS, would be the answer. Sure, waiting times on the phone can also be atroshish as well. But...
    Good Luck, my friend.
I'm waiting for coins as well. But from across the street.

It will sort itself out in the system. While it seems to crawl at times.... so far, so good. I found another hobby, during the wait: Finding others in the same boat :joy:
