Has anyone ever seen a 1941 D like this ?
It's not an error, it's PMD. It looks like a wheel mark of some kind.

You have a well circulated cent. Sorry, but there is nothing special about it.
Lots of times. In the cull bin.
Just a well circulated damaged coin, that circular ring on the obv is damage from a coin counting machine.
