    Very cool. I found a 1912 Liberty Head Nickel a couple of months ago and just respent it to give someone else a "guess what I found in change today" gwifict. lol

    Even back in the early 1960's when I would get $50 bags of cents from the bank, I only found two or three Indian Head Cents. A cool find.

    Every once in a while some older coinage gets placed into circulation. I placed wheat cents and dateless buffalo nickels back into commerce.

    Pretty amazing. I have received two Indian Head cents in change in the last year. 1896 and 1892.

    You could use anything that's copper(ish) colored and about 3/4" in diameter as a penny and practically nobody will care.

    Wow, that is awesome!!!

    I found an 1882 Indian Head Cent about 40 years ago in a neighbor's front yard. Never found another since.
