PCGS "Do Not Cross" Codes

I just received back a PCGS order and one of my coins did not cross. Next to the PCGS#, where there would normally be a grade or details code is the number 85. I looked at the grading standards page but that does not match any of the details codes.
Does anyone have a legend to decipher this code?
