I did a Google image search but couldn't find a exact match but similar the reverse writing is the Latin phrase meaning 'Sign of Faith'
Obverse is in French. The person is a Belgian saint, Mutien Marie Wiaux.
I have not seen that medal before. Interesting find. Cheers, RickO
