Is this foreign material on my buffalo?

I recently received a PCGS MS69 gold buffalo from APMEX that seems to have some kind of foreign matter on the field in front of the portrait. From some angles it is hard to see, but it's sort of brownish from other angles. Is this something I should ask APMEX about exchanging (and would they)? This was a big purchase for me, so I'd like it to be right.

    I would not be happy with that one. I would return it - but first make telephone contact with customer service. Cheers, RickO

    I emailed APMEX about it and included a picture. They replied that they'll offer an exchange or refund, so I'll be taken care of. Thanks for the input, y'all.
