Certainly possible, but also not possible to confirm. Interesting that two are together like that... may indicate they were found in a bag of quarters - increasing the possibility that they were produced close together. Cheers, RickO

Look for a die marker that would show they were struck by the same dies.

It's possible that they came off the presses in sequence or close to it, but there is no real way to prove it.
Is there a premium for said provenance? And if he proves it, what?
Do offsets come sequential or are they just random errors??
