Foundry location for 'The Republic Mint'

Have a Republic Mint Silver bar I'm Looking at. Have been told they came from Chula Vista, and am wanting to know more.

That looks like an older bar (perhaps 1970s vintage).
I wonder if it is related to the newer RMC (Republic Metals Corporation) silver bars ?
RMC is in bankruptcy I think

Asahi bought RMCs assets in a bankruptcy auction and now operates the refinery as Asahi Florida.
I bought a few of these from JM Bullion a few years ago.
So does anyone know where 'The Republic Mint was located by chance? A Chula Vista, California company at one time maybe?
That one was Miami, FL, not sure about the others.
