Yes, it was a very surprising week 1 in the NFL, I will list the standings and post the week 2 schedule tomorrow morning after week 1 is officially over.
It seems like there were an awful lot of int's this week. Watching the Pittsburgh-Cincinnati game it also looks like it might be a tough year for kickers. Of the three games I watched yesterday there were some calls on the field that really needed the remote announcer explanation, the rule book is really getting thick and hard to understand for a fan.

Carolina got hosed on 2 calls on Clevelandβs game winning drive. A phantom roughing the passer and a fake spike. Terrible way to lose.
W.C.Fields "I spent 50% of my money on alcohol, women, and gambling. The other half I wasted.
I did the same thing week 1 that I did last year week 1. And again got terrible results. Other than with the Pats and the Raiders, I pretty much just picked the teams that should have been the better team. I didn't really do any research. Not a good week for me.

Don't beat yourself up, I did the same thing, I had a gut feeling that the Dolphins and Vikings would win, yet I picked against them. I'm going to have to really think about my picks from here on.
A few excuses for my horrible picks - Forgot the Browns drafted that kicker in the 4rth round, he's got a thunder leg with accuracy so really the Browns cant get close to midfield and kick the 3. Looked like Dallas, SF, & Arizona forgot this was the opening game and not the 4th preseason game......... Green Bay? Rodgers was probably flash backing from his summer of LSD so who knows what or who he was seeing running around the field......

Want to get my picks in for Week 2 before I change my mind. Also will be busy this week. Can't believe Seattle came through for me. Week #2-Chiefs,Dolphins,Browns,Commanders,Colts,Buccaneers,Panthers,Patriots,Rams,49ers,Cowboys,Broncos,Raiders,Packers,Bills,Eagles. Thanks again for your time in this contest.

Apparently I have made a mistake on the records, I knew I was going to screw this up, this is just too confusing , I'm just not good at this kind of stuff. Someone who is more organized needs to be doing this.
I wish I would have stuck with my original strategy. Pick the team I thought would lose as the winner. I would have done better. Week two winners.

Yes, you have me in last place. That is an obvious clerical error.

Ok, I got it straightened out now, everyone keep an eye on me and make sure I don't screw up your record because I'm very unorganized by nature!

Youβre doing great. Drop the ties. Itβs easier and everyone knows they have a tie.
Better yet, just record wins every week. A heck of a lot less math.
Everyone in agreement????
W.C.Fields "I spent 50% of my money on alcohol, women, and gambling. The other half I wasted.
DD the fact you stepped up to do this is awesome. I'll run this contest on when I retire from teaching in 4 years. However you want to enter the ties works. Easiest might be to count it as win for both sides. Cowboy Aaron Rodgers says it's your rodeo, so whatever is easiest for you.
@2dueces and @Canes8387899101, Thanks guys for the support, I'll just throw the ties out and record the wins from here on, that will make things a lot easier.
